The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Southeast Fragrance and Southeast Distributor Inc., as applicable.

We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing from us.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

Southeast Fragrance sells authentic fragrance products. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, imitation, or replica fragrances.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, packaging, sizes, concentrations, condition information, and other product details accurately.

However, fragrance manufacturers may periodically change:

Outer packaging
Box colors or designs
Bottle designs
Labels
Logos
Caps
Batch markings
UPC codes
Country-of-manufacture markings
Promotional packaging

As a result, the product or packaging you receive may differ slightly from photographs shown on our website while still being an authentic product.

Colors and appearance may also vary based on your device, display settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturer updates.

Tester fragrances

Products identified as testers are authentic fragrances originally produced for retail demonstration or display.

Depending on the manufacturer, testers may:

Come in plain or alternate packaging
Have different labeling
Arrive without a decorative cap
Have packaging marked “Tester” or similar wording
Differ in presentation from standard retail packaging

Any known tester condition or packaging differences will be disclosed in the applicable product listing when relevant.

All product descriptions, availability, prices, packaging, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities purchased by any customer, account, geographic area, or order.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Southeast Fragrance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as:

Inventory discrepancies
Pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization problems
Suspected fraud
Unusual purchasing activity
Address-verification issues
Product-quantity limitations
Compliance or shipping restrictions

An order is not considered finally accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order for fulfillment.

Because we work to process orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once fulfillment has begun.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Retail and wholesale purchases

Unless otherwise approved through a Southeast Fragrance wholesale or business account, purchases made through our standard retail storefront are intended for personal or household use.

Approved wholesale customers, resellers, retailers, and other qualified business purchasers may purchase products for resale subject to separate wholesale requirements, pricing, account approval, and any additional terms applicable to wholesale accounts.

Approval of a wholesale account is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

SECTION 4 — PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our U.S. storefront are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, and offers may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price shown at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, gift-wrap charges, and other applicable fees may be added during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

If a pricing, product, promotional, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, when necessary, cancel or adjust an affected order.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and/or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping or delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Transportation disruptions
Security screening
Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed before shipment.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must meet the conditions specified in our Return and Refund Policy, including requirements regarding unused, unopened, and brand-new condition.

Opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or otherwise non-new fragrances are not eligible for refund except where required by applicable law or where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect and qualifies under our policy.

When a return is not due to an error by Southeast Fragrance, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending any merchandise back.

SECTION 7 — GIFT WRAPPING AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

Southeast Fragrance may offer optional paid services such as gift wrapping.

Gift-wrap pricing will be displayed where the option is offered.

Gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable after the wrapping service has been completed, except where required by law or where we made an error.

Availability, pricing, presentation, materials, ribbon, packaging style, or other gift-wrap details may change from time to time.

Gift wrapping does not replace the manufacturer's original product packaging.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our website and Services, including our branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, layouts, designs, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Southeast Fragrance, Southeast Distributor Inc., or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Southeast Fragrance is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Southeast Fragrance.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Southeast Fragrance, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
