Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Southeast Fragrance sells only authentic fragrance products. We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, or replica fragrances.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is approximately $7.95 per order.

Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must meet the return-condition requirements in our Returns & Refunds policy, including being unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition.

What is a fragrance tester?

Tester fragrances are authentic products originally intended for retail display or demonstration. Depending on the manufacturer, a tester may come in a plain box, alternate packaging, or without a decorative cap. Any tester product will be clearly identified in the listing.

Why might the packaging look different from the product photo?

Manufacturers sometimes update boxes, labels, bottles, batch markings, or packaging designs. These changes do not necessarily indicate a difference in authenticity.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee where shown during shopping or in the cart. Select the gift-wrap option before checkout to add it to your order.
